The house comprises the main structure in three levels, two outside guestrooms and an outer warehouse stone built and fully insulated. Total covered living space 320m2.
The house was built in 1984. In 2008 it was fully renovated. New electrical and electronic wiring, new floors, plumbing, roof insulation and new clay roofing tiles. The boiler room equipment was renewed and a new diesel generator was added capable to support the entire house with all A/Cs on. The guestrooms alternatively work with solar panels. There is a dry stone fence surrounding the plot with a 2m high mesh wiring. Municipality water for bathing and watering the garden.
