This fantastic site is located in the heart of Plaka. There is certainly no other plot in the historic center of Athens like this one.
The plot measures 172 m2 with a direct view of the acropolis and the archaeological sites of the Roman agora.
The excavation of the land was done, as requested by the archaeological service, in order to ensure the construction of the land. Numerous finds from the Byzantine period have been found, which does not prevent the construction of a building as long as they are protected.
The building coefficient of the land is 1.4, which allows the construction of a building of 240 m2 on two levels, as well as 120 m2 in the basement
